Fruit upside-down cake homemade recipe

This recipe for upside-down pudding uses fresh berries and is served on a delicious sponge. It's especially good with a drizzle of cream or homemade custard on top. For the fruit, we chose strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, but berries in season will have the most flavor and be the freshest. This is a lovely light dessert that would be perfect for a summer barbeque.

The pineapple upside-down cake was born around the turn of the century, when canned pineapple was invented.       Today , many people make cakes with fresh fruit, but they can also use day-glo maraschino cherries. Personally, I prefer the canned version of pineapple, but it tastes even better with fresh pineapple.

The nostalgic pineapple upside-down cake evokes many happy childhood memories and creates a pleasant centerpiece for afternoon tea.

thoroughly and fold in the sifted flour and baking powder. 3. Add a few drops of vanilla essence and a little milk to make mixture into a soft dropping consistency.

to prevent it from rising unevenly. 5. Bake in a moderate oven for 40 minutes or till mixture is well

6. Turn upside down on a plate and pour the jam sauce round, or risen and golden brown. serve custard sauce separately.

To prevent the fruit (usually pineapple rings) from being scorched by the oven's heat, the cake's topping is customarily placed in the pan's bottom while it bakes. However, the cake is inverted for serving by setting the pan on a plate, flipping everything upside down, and then praying that the cake emerges from the pan undamaged.

Why is it called upside down cake?

Traditionally, the filling is placed on the bottom of the pan during baking to ensure that the fruit (usually pineapple chunks) does not burn from the heat of the oven. However, to serve, the cake is turned upside down by placing the pan on a plate, turning it upside down, then hoping the cake comes out of the pan intact.

Why is pineapple upside down cake the most difficult cake to make?

Not the most difficult cake to make.   draw  the juice from the canned pineapple and use it in the  cutlet batter, replacing the water with pineapple juice . I saw my mother do it many times when I was little and learned from her. This cake is great. Find inspiration, advice, and help with Google search. I also eat pineapple pancakes and upside down cupcakes. It's an interesting job.

How to make pineapple cake upside down so it doesn't stink?

Just spray the pan with parchment paper evenly, after taking it out of the oven let it cool for about 5-10 minutes, then use a knife to cut along the edge of the pan, then place a large plate on it and invert it's on disk. But you still want to put it on a plate so that the pineapple won't turn upside down.
