Easy Homemade Fatless Swiss rolls recipe within few steps

         A Swiss roll is a type of cake that typically consists of a thin layer of vanilla sponge cake rolled around strawberry or raspberry jam. Newer interpretations—like the chocolate Swiss roll—incorporate flavored cakes and fillings made of buttercream, whipped cream, chocolate ganache, fudge, or marshmallow


INGREDIENTS
100g flour
100g castor sugar
4 eggs
jams,as required

                            STEPS

1. Whisk the egg and sugar with a balloon whisk in a bowl over a pan of hot water.

2. Continue until the mixture is light, creamy and double in bulk.

3. Remove from the heat and whisk until cool and thick (ribbon stage).

4. Fold in the flour very gently

5. Grease a Swiss roll tin and line with greased greaseproof paper

6. Pour in the mixture and bake for about 10 minutes 

7. Turn out on to a sheet of paper sprinkled with additional sugar

8. Remove the paper from the Swiss roll, spread with warm jam.

9. Roll into a fairly tight roll, leaving the paper on the outside for a few minutes

10. Remove the paper allow to cool on a wire rack

Nothing is as quick and easy to make as a Swiss roll. From start to finish it probably takes under 30 minutes to make and bake! Perfect for surprise guests.Apart from creamy or buttery fillings, the Swiss roll batter contains almost no fat, and can easily be modified to be gluten-free or even low-carb.

What is the distinction between Swiss roll and cake roll? Swiss rolls are a sort of sweet rolls. Ready to portray them as rolled wipe cakes filled with stick, whipped cream, or icing.
