Crème Caramel homemade recipe
Caramel flan, caramel pudding or crème caramel is a custard cate with a light caramel sauce. Creme caramel and flan are frequently reciprocated. Ingredients
100g sugar
125 ml water
CREAM liters milk,
whole or skimmed 4 eggs
50g castor sugar
3- 4 drops vanilla essence
Method
1. Prepare the caramel by placing three- quarter of the water in a thick- grounded pan, adding the sugar and allowing to boil gently, without shaking or stirring the pan.
2. When the sugar has cooked to a golden- brown caramel color, add the remaining quarter of the water, reboil until the sugar and are water mix, the pour into the bottom of the moulds.
3. Prepare the cream by warming the milk and whisking on the beaten eggs, sugar and substance.
4. Strain and pour into the prepared moulds.
5. Place in a charger half full of water.
6. Cook in a moderate roaster for 30- 40 twinkles.
7. When completely cold, loosen the edges of the cream caramel with the fritters, shake forcefully to loosen and turn out on to a plate.
8. Pour any caramel remaining in the mould around the creams.
What's caramel ice cream made of?
