Which types of flour is good for pizza making?
One of the perfect flours for pizza is all-purpose flour. It is commonly used to make thin crust New York-style pizzas, Neapolitan-style pizzas, and deep pizza crusts. This high-quality organic all-purpose baking flour is freshly ground from red durum wheat from controlled organic cultivation and is ideal for baking delicious pizza crusts, so I recommend it.

Is it preferable to let the dough rise overnight?
Allowing your pizza dough to rise in the fridge overnight can help you get a head start on baking. Chilling the dough slows the yeast's activity but does not stop it.
